EMDR Therapy

Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR) is a psychological therapy that is different to other therapies/counselling where change doesn’t come from talking about your trauma but from the therapist using repeated bilateral movements, sounds & sights while you think about the memory.

Armajun Social and Emotional Wellbeing (SEWB) and Mental Health Service strives to encourage a positive state of mental health and wellbeing associated with a strong and sustaining cultural identity, community, and family life that provides a source of strength against adversity, poverty, neglect, and other challenges of life.
