Your invited to join our Wellness Warrior's for a casual catch up and yarn. Learn about the Wellness Warriors project and meet our Champion Warriors working together to make a difference in our community for positive change.

Take a break to take 5 out of your day, relax have a feed share some information or just have a general conversation with who decides to join us.

No Pressure we'll be there and will be popping up around a number of local parks throughout the year.
